CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER MAIN CONTRACTOR LONDON- THE CITY £400 PER DAY Our client is a main contractor and specialises in high end residential projects and is looking for an experienced Mechanical Biased Project Manager. They have projects ranging between £20 mil to £30mil which the successful candidate will be responsible for managing. The Person Proven track record as an Mechanical Biased Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience Must have worked with a main contractor previously Experience of managing high end residential projects Motivated to lead a team of 8 engineers Able to set targets in place to meet the expectations of the client Confident in holding technical meetings and working alongside other Project Managers Technical ability Experience in working on small work and high end residential projects.
