Site Manager

Site Manager - East London - 5 Month Contract Rate £240 to £260 per day, depending on experience. I am working alongside one of the largest UK housing developers, with a reputation in the industry for building high end luxury homes. The Project Manager is currently seeking a high calibre Site Manager to take charge of an 80 unit block for the last 5 months up to completion. The successful Site Manager WILL have the following experience and skills; -Up to date SMSCS & CSCs. -Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager for Resi Developers. -Excellent communication and ability to manage a team. -Have come from a trade background or have a relevant HNC/HND/BSC. -Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety and execution of Health and Safety procedures.
