Senior Quantity Surveyor Fit Out Contractor - Sectors - Up to £2m - Senior Quantity Surveyor This Top 100, Fit-Out and Refurbishment, contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their "Special Projects" team to work on projects valued up to £2m. With a presence that spans the UK and the USA, this contractor boasts an impressive portfolio including fit-out at The Shard and works at the likes of BNP Paribas, Facebook, Thomson Reuters, and RBS with values up to £75m. Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join the "Special Projects" team to run several concurrent sub £2m projects and there is an option to migrate to the "Major" works team to work on projects in excess of £10m in the future. The role will involve all duties expected of a Senior Quantity Surveyor including: * Valuations * Sub-Con Payments * Final Accounts * Cash Flows * Anticipated Projected Cost Reports * Billing Summary * Fee Proposal Requirements: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to be able to look after a varied workload from day one.
