Multi Trade Operative / Handy Man – Social Housing £28,000 plus company van and excellent benefits My Client is a National Leading Social Housing Contractor specialising in Voids, Planned and Reactive Repairs and they are currently in need of an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a full UK driving license for immediate start. This is a permanent role and will be covering mostly reactive / planned maintenance jobs and occasional voids work. You will have a good experience with most kinds of property maintenance needs. This includes Plumbing, Carpentry / Joinery, Tiling, Guttering, Fascia and Soffit, Bathrooms, Kitchen and Bedroom refits, Painting and Decorating, etc. Experience in Flooring, Cap and Cove, Welding etc would be a distinct advantage.
