Contracts Manager- New Build Residential Ealing Full Time Permanent £80-£85k Salary Company Car + Fuel Card Company Benefits/Package Contracts Manager– Ealing Citi Recruit –Contracts Manager job Full time – Permanent–Contracts Manager Citi Recruit is working in partnership with one of the country’s leading Construction companies to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Contracts Manager to join their team based in Ealing . The contracts are all New build residential in the North West London area. The typical construction value of the projects is between £10m to £15m each. You will need to have a proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. Main Contractor experience and new build residential background is essential . You will have extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications as a Contract Manager. As part of this varied and challenging role, you will be professionally responsible for the complete Contract Management on a variety of projects looking after between 3-5 sites all new build residential projects. You will need to have excellent communication skills be able to determine/advise on scheme briefs, budgets, timescales and logistics.
