QUANTITY SURVEYOR, JOINERY - LONDON

Our client is a highly established joinery contractor with over 30 years experience. Our projects have included many of the highest profile, successful and largest construction projects throughout the country. With an unrivalled track record they oversee projects across residential, commercial, public sector and retail and undertakes projects which range in value from £500k-£10m Due to a steady upturn in projects , my client is now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with experience in overseeing joinery and fitout porjects to build upon the existing commercial team, reporting directly into The Commercial Director. This enables Quantity Surveyors to have a greater autonomy when managing projects and gives the freedom to be creative in your role as Quantity Surveyor. The successful Quantity Surveyor can expect to have the responsibility of up to 3 projects at any one time and must have experience in managing fit out projects, specifically joinery, so your CV must clearly illustrate this. Quantity Surveyors must have a background and proven track record in managing bespoke joinery packages from a sub-contracting environment. You must be able to emonstrate a stable employment history and who can demonstrate a competent knowledge of bespoke joinery and fit out projects in London.
