Section Engineer

My client is a major civil engineering JV contractor who are currently looking to recruit experienced freelance Section Engineers. Suitable candidates will have operated in a similar role engineering reinforced concrete structures and/or roads and earthworks on major infrastructures schemes. Keys Skills & Responsibilities: Driven, enthusiastic and goal orientated Team Player Qualified engineering background with excellent technical knowledge Ability to manage sub-contractors Manage and plan workload for a team of Site Engineers Liaise with design teams to overcome any technical issues Site Quality Assurance / Quality Compliance Minimum Qualifications: - Ideally HNC/HND/Degree in a civil engineering discipline - CITB 5 Day SMSTS Certificate would be preferred. - CSCS Card - Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative
