Quantity Surveyor Carshalton Full Time Permanent £50-£55k Salary Company Car Plus Company Package Quantity Surveyor – Carshalton Citi Recruit – Quantity Surveyor Full time –Permanent– Quantity Surveyor Citi Recruit is working in partnership with one of the countries leading Construction and Maintenance companies to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their construction team based in Carshalton on a new build residential project. With this company the typical construction value of projects is £22m to £60m and is primarily residential based. They also manage a smaller proportion of education and healthcare schemes. You will be numerate, organised, analytical, with good leadership skills , a hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on similar projects within a similar industry sector. You will have extensive knowledge, experience and qualifications as a Quantity Surveyor (HNC minimum or related). As a Quantity Surveyor on this contract you will be responsible for: • Financial cost control of current contracts • Financial reporting of current contracts • Improving financial return of current contracts • Delegation and mentoring junior staff • Cost Control of building contracts • Cost advise to Contracts Managers • Purchasing and negotiating Sub Contract orders • Paying and monitoring Subcontractor progress • Cost reporting and forecasting out turn costs • Client Liaison and Value forecasting for Client Team • Maximise monthly cash flows • Maximising contract Value • Maximising profit If you are a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with the ability and qualifications to complete all aspects of financial cost control of current contracts, reporting of current contracts, Improving financial return of current contracts , Delegation and mentoring junior staff and you have a full valid UK driving licence then do not hesitate to apply to this role or contact me on (Apply online only).
