Commercial/Managing Director

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial/Managing Director to drive a growing building products company into a new market and identify new products based in North Wales. The successful candidate will take complete day to day responsibility for the business and work closely with the various departments within the business to ensure ambitious growth targets are realised. Candidates must have a strong commercial drive, proven record in customer account generation. First-hand experience of working with large construction PLCs, architects, specifiers etc. An ability to focus and drive the sales team forward. Some technical knowledge to help identify new markets and products. Must have bright, energetic outlook with the ability to motivate through example.
