company car/allowance + excellent pension scheme. The Role: My client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist commercial division permanently. Working in a large team you will ideally have a solid career history working with one or multiple top 20 main contractor, construction companies. Technical knowledge is key for this role as the average project worth can range from £1million - £20million so the ability to manage large scale projects is essential. Requirements: . BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent, membership of RICS is an advantage. . Experienced in monthly reporting of multiple on-site construction projects to an individual value of £3million + . Skilled in period costing and budget forecasting on multiple on-site and pre tender construction projects. . Experience in working with sub contractors managing costs and payment terms alongside having an appreciation for the compliance elements of their contracts which might effect these factors. . Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised name within the construction industry.
