Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting tan experienced Project Manager to deliver a £8m new build care home in Bristol, to join an award winning national contractor. The project manager must have experience of delivering new build mixed use developments. The market leading developer are searching for a Project Manager who has over 5 years' experience working for a contractor or developer on residential mixed use developments in the South West This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who would like to work on an exceptional multi million pound development. With an excellent pipe line of schemes they are looking to strengthen their team with a suitable Project Manager. Requirements •Professional Construction, Surveyor Degree, Project Management, Quantity Surveying •Proven project experience •Residential and Commercial experience •Large multi-million pound project knowledge •Developer background would be preferred but not essential •Capable of working autonomously and delivering high pressure projects.
