Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well known and well established multi disciplined main contractor with a regional base in Cardiff that carries out a range of refurb, and construction projects up to £15 million typically. Due to ongoing growth throughout the region they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to a Commercial Manager regionally, your role will involve having complete financial control of 1 or more projects around the Cardiff area, ensuring that schemes are delivered profitably. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience and background: -a proven background in main contracting -Resides locally to the South Wales area -experience of projects £1 million plus -Ideally experience of refurbishment and/or new build schemes.
