A Landscape Architect required for a well-established Chartered Landscape Architecture & Environmental Planners based in London. This is an award winning consultancy that offer a range of services from resort planning, masterplanning, design coding, planning applications, urban design, LVIA and detailed design in all sectors. The Senior Landscape Architect will be expected to take the lead on a range of exciting projects.
The Landscape Architect will be good with CAD packages and have strong graphic ability with InDesign and Photoshop as well as demonstrating technical and design experience whilst working in Practice. The Landscape Architect will work on a range of tasks including landscape design, landscape planning and Environmental Impact Assessment. The Landscape Architect will be expected to effectively and efficiently assist in delivering projects to a high standard within the client brief and budget.
Landscape Architect Position Overview
Working on projects in from residential, education and regeneration schemes.
Excellent ability to develop, draw and communicate design ideas from early concepts through to technical stages
Lead a team in delivering projects to a high standard within the client brief and budget
Deliver planning applications
Work closely with clients and landscape contractors
Work on-site
Landscape Architect Position Requirements
Degree Qualified in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or Architecture
Minimum 2 years experience delivering projects
Good knowledge of delivering LVIA and EIA
GIS Experience
Ability to work well under pressure as well as meet deadlines
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of Revit; highly advantageous
Living in or around London
Landscape Architect Position Remuneration
Salary; 40k - £45k (DOE)

The Senior Landscape Architect will be working on a large infrastructure project that has been recently won by the Practice.
The Senior Landscape Architect will be good with CAD packages and have strong graphic ability with InDesign and Photoshop as well as demonstrating technical and design experience whilst working in Practice. In addition to this you will also be highly competent working with design programmes such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit / BIM, as well as having exposure to Bentley software.
