Your new role You will be working within an integral part of the business as part of the Commercial Team working on a variety of projects across NI and the UK. You will be heavily involved in assisting the Senior Team in the preparation and management of the project budget. Due to the location of projects you will be required to travel to the UK 3 days a week. The value of these projects will vary, ranging from £5m to £50m, working on forms of contract NEC and JCT including full design and build requirements . What you'll need to succeed You will be degree educated in Quantity Surveyor, and must have at least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large commercial builds. You will be computer literate, and will have experience of using relevant software. You must be ambitious, commercially astute, and keen to establish yourself as a Quantity Surveyor with a large main contractor who will be offering you a long-term view.
