Fire Risk Assessments non complex to complex
Fire Compartmentation surveys (training provided)
Producing technical Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Reports and provide remedial action
Provide Fire Safety advice
Ensure clients are compliant with current legislation using the relevant guides and standards applicable

We are assisting a London NHS client with the recruitment of an Fire Safety Advisor on an 6 month contract. The successful candidate will have prior fire safety compliance experience within the NHS and will have maintained high standards of fire precautions.
The successful candidate will establish, manage and coordinate the provision of fire risk assessments, audits and inspections and maintain records of such for the Trust's premises.
* A Proven and previous experience in the completion of Fire Risk Assessments.
* A self-motivated, highly organised individual with a helpful, approachable, and supporting manner, to successfully deliver this essential and challenging role.
* Recognisable and professional qualification in fire safety management and fire risk assessments from creditable providers such as the Fire Protection Association, Fire Industry Association and NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management.
* Have Fire stopping and compartmentation
* Experience of Fire Management within a large and complex organisation.
* 2 years’ experience in a healthcare organisation.
* Experience of working across a large estate with multiple sites.
