Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (Construction)
Job type: Permanent
Work Location: Cheltenham, Gloucs
Salary: £25-35k pa (based on experience)
Job Description :
We are working with a small construction company who due to an expanding pipeline in projects is
seeking a QS/Estimator to join their team.
They currently work in the residential and commercial sectors on projects of value up to £1 million.
Most projects are typically local, at present they have a backlog of projects that require pricing.
The role will require a candidate to:
- Carry out take offs from drawings
- Produce BOQ’s
- Pricing up works
- To be considered for this role you should have at least 1 years’ experience in a QS or Estimator role,
- preferably within the construction industry.
