Method Recruitment Group are working with an established UK housebuilder looking for a confident, driven Sales Executive to join their team in Lancashire. With an OTE of £65,000 and the opportunity to earn even more through strong performance, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and wants to be rewarded for their success. Experience in new homes sales would be ideal, but we're equally keen to speak with successful salespeople from other industries who have the drive, personality and ambition to succeed. Thursday to Monday, 10-5. Weeekends to be discussed as there may be flexibility. The Role Welcome prospective buyers and guide them through the homebuying journey Build relationships with customers from their first enquiry through to completion Conduct viewings and showcase the homes available Manage enquiries, follow-ups and sales leads Work towards sales targets and maximise opportunities Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout What We're Looking For New homes sales experience preferred but not essential A proven track record of achieving sales targets Confident communication and relationship-building skills A positive, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for sales Someone who is organised, motivated and comfortable working independent
