Their platform uses specialised AI voice agents to automate inbound and outbound patient phone calls, classifying and handling enquiries so clinical and administrative teams can focus on care. Staff get Real Time visibility of every automated interaction and the actions the AI suggests. The aim is simple: make it easier for patients to get through and reduce waiting times, while lowering the administrative load on healthcare providers. The role The client needs an experienced Technical Architect for a focused 10-day engagement on the AWS telephony layer behind its AI voice platform.
