We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Welfare Cleaners to join our team on a busy construction site. As a Welfare Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site welfare facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe and presentable for all site staff. Key Responsibilities Cleaning welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, kitchens and changing areas Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately Cleaning and sanitising high-touch areas Restocking toilet rolls, hand soap and other welfare supplies Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning duties Maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the site Reporting any maintenance, cleaning or health and safety issues Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements Previous cleaning experience is preferred, particularly on a construction site Good attention to detail Reliable, punctual and hardworking Able to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of health and safety Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times Construction/site experience is advantageous What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Regular working hours Ongoing work for the right candidates Supportive working environment Immediate starts available

We are currently looking for a J unior Site Manager to join our team on a temporary contract, supporting the successful delivery of a busy construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their site management experience, take on additional responsibility and progress their career within the construction industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team to ensure the site is operated safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the construction site Assisting with the coordination and supervision of site activities and subcontractors Monitoring progress and ensuring works are completed in accordance with programme requirements Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping across the site Assisting with site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings Monitoring quality of works and reporting any issues Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team Assisting with site paperwork, records and reports Identifying and reporting any potential issues that may affect programme, quality or safety Ensuring company and project procedures are followed at all times Desired Qualities & Skills We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the following: Reliable, organised and proactive approach to work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team Good understanding of construction processes and site operations Good IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital systems Knowledge of Autodesk/ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) would be highly desirable Ability to use digital platforms for document management, drawings, reporting and project communication Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a construction environment A flexible approach to working across different projects and locations Qualifications & Experience Previous experience within the construction industry is essential Previous experience in a supervisory, site-based or junior management position would be advantageous Relevant CSCS qualification SSSTS/SMSTS desirable First Aid qualification desirable Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar construction management software is advantageous A relevant construction qualification would be beneficial Contract & Future Opportunities This position is offered on a temporary contract basis, in line with the requirements of the current project. There may be further opportunities available for the right candidate once the initial contract comes to an end. Candidates who are willing and able to relocate to other sites will be considered for future projects, s ubject to work availability and suitable positions becoming available.
