We're looking for someone who is: Genuinely interested in learning painting and decorating as a trade Hardworking and willing to learn Reliable and punctual Polite and professional when working in customers' homes and businesses Able to follow instructions and take feedback Practical and comfortable with hands-on work Able to work well as part of a team Careful and attentive to detail Willing to travel to jobs across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas Keen to develop their skills and build a career with the business A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
