Due to continued growth, they require a Contracts Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, managing clients, subcontractors, programmes and resources to ensure everything is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. Your Role As A Contracts Manager Will Include: Managing multiple screeding and underfloor heating projects from start to completion Managing clients, subcontractors and site teams Managing project programmes, budgets and resources Attending site meetings and resolving project issues Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required standards The Successful Contracts Manager Will Have: Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within construction Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors Strong client and stakeholder management skills SMSTS or SSSTS as a minimum Experience within screeding, underfloor heating, flooring, M&E or a related construction sector would be highly advantageous If you are an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a long-term opportunity with an established and highly regarded specialist contractor, please get in touch with Tom Jeffries, quoting reference TJCM05.
