The Role As a ZBrush Artist, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and digital sculpts based on approved concepts, references and production requirements. You will work closely with the wider design and production teams to develop accurate, production-ready assets and ensure that models meet the required artistic and technical standards. This is a hands-on production role suited to an artist who has solid ZBrush experience and is comfortable working within an established creative pipeline. Key Responsibilities Create detailed 3D sculpts and models using ZBrush . Develop characters, creatures, props, architectural details and other assets as required by projects. Interpret concept artwork, drawings, reference material and creative briefs. Produce high-quality sculpts while maintaining the required level of detail and accuracy. Work from existing designs and concepts rather than independently defining the overall creative direction. Prepare and refine models for integration into wider production pipelines. Create clean and efficient topology where required. Work with other 3D software packages such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender or equivalent where appropriate. Collaborate with designers, concept artists, 3D artists and production teams. Respond positively to feedback and make revisions within agreed deadlines. Maintain organised files and follow project naming, version control and production procedures. Ensure work is delivered to the required quality, specification and schedule. Support the wider production team where required. Essential Skills & Experience Proven professional experience using ZBrush in a production environment. Strong digital sculpting and modelling skills. Good understanding of anatomy, form, proportion and surface detail. Ability to translate 2D concepts and references into detailed 3D assets. Experience creating detailed hard-surface and/or organic models. Good understanding of modelling, topology and 3D production workflows. Good communication and teamwork skills. A strong portfolio demonstrating professional ZBrush work. Desirable Skills Experience within themed entertainment, attractions, film, television, VFX, gaming or similar creative production environments . Experience with Maya, 3ds Max, Blender or other 3D software. Experience preparing assets for fabrication or physical production. Knowledge of 3D printing and/or digital-to-physical workflows. The Role We are seeking an exceptional Production Designer to bridge the gap between creative vision and physical production. You will take design concepts and develop them into practical, production-ready solutions, working closely with Creative, Design, Engineering, Project Management and Workshop teams. This role is ideal for a technically minded designer who understands how great ideas are translated into accurate drawings, specifications and fabrication-ready information while maintaining the original creative intent. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts into detailed, practical and production-ready designs. Produce accurate technical drawings, layouts, elevations, details and fabrication information. Collaborate closely with Creative Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, Fabricators and Installation teams. Interpret design intent, specifications, 3D models and client requirements and translate them into buildable solutions. Develop construction details, materials, finishes, joinery and fabrication methods appropriate to each project. Review designs for practicality, manufacturability, installation and overall project requirements. Coordinate design information across multiple disciplines and ensure consistency throughout the project. Prepare and maintain drawing packages, schedules, specifications and technical documentation. The ideal candidates will have strong practical experience in surface preparation, sanding and finishing, preferably within the theming, scenic, props, automotive, GRP, model making or fabrication industries. This is a hands-on workshop role, working on bespoke and high-quality production pieces where attention to detail, finish quality and the ability to work to deadlines are essential. Key Responsibilities Sanding and preparing props, models and fabricated components for finishing. Preparing GRP, fibreglass, resin, foam, wood, metal and other substrates. Filling imperfections, pinholes, joins and surface defects. Working through different grades of abrasives to achieve the required finish. Preparing surfaces for primer, paint and other finishing processes. Identifying and correcting surface imperfections. Carrying out final finishing and preparation to a high standard. Working from drawings, samples, specifications and finish requirements. Working alongside mould makers, fibreglassers, painters and fabricators. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Working efficiently to meet demanding production deadlines. About You We are looking for experienced finishers/sanders at mid to high level who can work confidently with minimal supervision.
