The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, managing groundworks teams, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman.
Strong knowledge of all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering, including drainage, foundations, concrete works, external works and infrastructure.
The ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience organising labour, plant and materials.
A good understanding of health & safety requirements on site.
