HVAC Site/Project Manager We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site / Project Manager to join our small growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork , with experience delivering commercial projects across London and the South East. Key Responsibilities: Managing commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion Coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers Attending site and client meetings Managing project programmes, budgets and procurement Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard Requirements: Proven HVAC Project Management experience Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience producing and reviewing: RAMS QA/QC documentation Technical submittals Strong pre-construction experience, including design reviews, value engineering and consultant coordination What We Offer: Competitive salary Flexibly working hours Opportunity to work on high-profile Hotel projects Career progression within a growing business.
