Experience supervising teams within the marine, defence, industrial or infrastructure sectors, with a good understanding of HSEQ requirements and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple work activities and complete site reporting using Microsoft Office. Train the Painter Supervisor qualification is desirable. A recognised trade qualification or competency card (e.g. Train the Painter or ICATS) together with SSSTS or SMSTS is advantageous.
