This is a hands-on role involving driving, loading and unloading materials, assisting tradespeople on site and ensuring projects run smoothly. Working across occupied and void residential properties in Tonbridge and surrounding areas, you will carry out a variety of planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing teams carrying out planned maintenance and void property works within the social housing sector. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard, while maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong trade background, previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of managing planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes and void properties.
