As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a variety of general maintenance and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades, working independently or as part of a small team on both resdiential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Help bring materials to and from site Securely install steels Complete brick and block work to a high standard Painting and decorating to a high standard Working from job sheets/schedules and completing paperwork accurately Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards Liaising professionally with clients/tenants on site What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Handyperson across several disciplines Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ or time-served) an advantage Valid CSCS card (preffered not essential) Own tools and reliable transport Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage own workload Good communication and customer service skills What's On Offer: Competitive day rate/salary Steady, ongoing work Temp-to-perm Chance for a rise in day rate How to Apply If you're a skilled, versatile tradesperson looking for your next opportunity, apply today or call Prime Placers Ltd for more information.
