Key responsibilities: Excavation for telecoms cabinet and monopole foundations Duct installation and duct diversions Installation of draw pits and chambers Shuttering and formwork Concrete foundation preparation and backfilling Working safely around live underground services Supporting groundworkers when required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Essential requirements: CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Operator qualification CSCS card Previous experience within civil engineering and utility/telecoms works Ability to work from construction drawings and site instructions Good understanding of safe excavation practices Reliable, punctual, and professional approach Desirable (not essential): NRSWA Operative qualification CAT & Genny training Experience working on Ericsson, MBNL, EE, Vodafone, or Openreach projects Additional training will be provided where required.Initially, these positions will be offered on an ad-hoc basis, with the potential for regular ongoing work for the right candidates as projects continue to expand across Scotland.
