About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Revit Technician to join our growing London office. The successful candidate will support the production and coordination of structural drawings and Revit models across a range of live projects, with a focus on accurate, buildable and well coordinated information. This is a senior position suited to a technician who can take ownership of drawing packages and deliver to a high standard. Key responsibilities Produce structural Revit models and CAD drawings in line with project requirements Prepare planning, tender, and construction drawing packages Produce structural GA drawings, sections, details, steelwork layouts, and RC details Coordinate drawing information with engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors Help maintain and develop Revit templates, BIM standards, and drawing protocols Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all technical documentation Support junior technicians and assist with checking drawing output Attend site visits where required Support project teams to meet deadlines and programme milestones Qualifications and skills HNC level minimum in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline OR equivalent experience Minimum 5 years' experience working in a UK structural engineering consultancy (essential) Strong Revit experience for structural modelling and drawing production Good AutoCAD experience for structural drawings and details Proven experience producing GA drawings, RC detailing, and steelwork drawings Good understanding of UK construction, structural detailing, and Building Regulations Experience working on building structures such as residential, basements, steel framed structures, and foundations Ability to work independently and take ownership of drawing packages Good understanding of BIM processes and drawing standards Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package reflecting senior experience Flexible working arrangements and a supportive team culture Opportunity to work on a varied range of structural projects Opportunity to help shape Revit standards and support junior staff in a growing London office Access to latest software tools and ongoing training

About the Role DSA is looking for an experienced Party Wall Surveyor to join our London office and help grow our developing party wall service. This is a senior role, so the successful candidate must be confident running matters independently, advising clients direct, and handling projects from instruction through to award. You will work closely with our structural and civil engineering teams across the wider DSA business. Your work will include: Party Wall Matters - Reviewing construction drawings to identify notifiable works. - Preparing and serving Party Wall Notices. - Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing Party Wall Awards. - Conducting property inspections and preparing Schedules of Condition. - Acting as Building Owner's, Adjoining Owner's or Agreed Surveyor. Neighbourly Matters & Boundary Issues Negotiating access licences and agreements (e.g., crane & scaffold licences). Researching and assessing title documents, boundaries, and easements. Advising on rights of access and potential disputes. Technical Work & Project Management - Maintaining accurate records and project trackers. - Reviewing building methods and construction documents. - Assisting in business growth by networking with industry professionals. Qualifications and skills Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Party Wall Surveyor, including conducting schedule of condition surveys. Strong understanding of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and property law. Ability to read construction drawings and understand building methods. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally AutoCAD. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and handle deadlines under pressure. Willingness to attend CPD events and stay up to date with industry changes. Desire to contribute to team expansion & leadership. Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, MFPWS, or equivalent experience preferred. RICS, CIOB or similar professional membership beneficial but not essential. Full UK driving licence required. Location and travel London based role. Working with the wider DSA team across our UK offices. Willingness to travel across the country to support DSA projects and offices as required.
