Design & Build contract with the Main Contractor holding full commercial responsibility. 12-month programme from mobilisation to practical completion with phased handover to client. The project Major refurbishment of listed and heritage structures within one of London's most prestigious and historically important estates. Finishing Foreman Commercial Office Refurbishment City of London 250 to 280 per day (CIS) Freelance A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the team on a high-spec commercial office refurbishment in the heart of the City of London. This is a prominent CAT A/B refurbishment for a contractor with a strong pipeline of work across London. They need a hands-on finishing specialist who can drive quality through the closing stages of the project and deliver a snag-free handover. The role Reporting to the Site/Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the finishing phase, managing trades, sequencing the works, and holding subcontractors to the standard the client expects on a premium City scheme. Day to day you will: manage and coordinate finishing trades on site; drive quality control and lead the snagging and de-snagging process through to handover; monitor progress against programme and report on the finishing package; ensure all works are delivered to specification and on time; and uphold health & safety standards across your areas.
