Identify hazards, record findings, and recommend corrective actions. Support compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and internal policies. Complete scheduled property compliance visits Maintain accurate records, checklists and compliance trackers Maintain clear, auditable compliance records and documentation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff. As well as maintaining the overall presentation of the accommodation and outdoor spaces, you will enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices. It will also involve professional curiosity with the ability to identify and report safeguarding concern and to act as an ambassador for The Housing Network, to promote its mission and values.
