The Housing Network Out of Hours Concierge (Part Time) Working Hours - 24 Hours P/Week (Typical shifts 20:00 - 08:00) Salary - £32,400 (Pro Rata) The Housing Network are currently recruiting for an Out of Hours Concierge to work Part Time at our service in Aylesbury. We are the Housing Network (THN), a purpose-led organisation working in partnership with the YMCA to support our communities. We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced and passionate people to help us support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Out of Hours Concierge will be responsible for: Ensure that all aspects of Health & Safety policy and practice are abided by, reinforcing Scheme Rules where appropriate. Managing Negative Engagement between residents, explaining importance of responsibility to neighbours, issuing information/warnings, liaison with neighbourhood Policing / enforcement etc. Monitor CCTV and address concerns in line with agreed protocol with the Concierge Manager and Supported Housing Manager, risk assessing concerns to determine intervention priorities. Ensure security of premises and residents throughout the shift, adhering to escalation policies for serious incidents and safeguarding concerns. Complete regular patrols of the building / grounds, using the opportunity to ensure residents understand their obligations, as contained / detailed in their accommodation agreement. Maintain overall compliance and safety through proactive supervision, including the mitigation of fire (or security) related risks, advising and instructing residents to limit fire-loading, fire-starting activities and ensuring escape routes remain clear and accessible.
