The Electrical Contracts Manager will oversee a varied portfolio of planned and reactive electrical works across commercial and public-sector estates. As Electrical Contracts Manager , you ll manage projects valued between £5,000 and £100,000 from initial survey through to completion. This Electrical Contracts Manager opportunity would suit an experienced manager or an electrically qualified professional ready to step away from the tools. A strong electrical background with sound technical and compliance knowledge. Proven ability to coordinate engineers, subcontractors and multiple projects. Commercial experience covering quotations, variations, invoicing and cost control. A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills. Experience within construction, M&E or renewable energy, gained with a principal contractor or subcontractor. A proactive, analytical and collaborative approach.
