Guildmore has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer (M4 4AR). You will be based at one of our sites and may be required to travel to other locations when projects are complete. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting tenants in their homes and ensuring that all planned works, queries, and complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Primary and General Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns with tact and effectiveness. Address and resolve potential issues and handle complaints effectively. Document and register complaints following company and client protocols. Attend weekly/monthly meetings and provide relevant reports. Prepare and distribute regular Community Newsletters as required. Keep site notice boards regularly updated. Present updates to residents on progress and future activity. Undertake all other duties consistent with the scope of the role. Guildmore Facades and Cladding is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will manage and lead the on-site construction team and subcontractors throughout the construction phase of our façade and cladding projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, including initial site set-up and the decant process at project completion. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and site regulations. Manage and monitor material requisitions to ensure timely delivery and adequate detail. Supervise site productivity, subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and quality control. Track and report on build costs, site progress, and project milestones. Review site reports, technical designs, and drawings. Resolve day-to-day issues and implement effective problem-solving. Conduct and ensure daily activity briefings are carried out. Maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives. Collaborate with the Contract Surveyor on commercial matters including variations, sub-contractor valuations, and contra charges. Schedule and monitor plant and materials on a weekly basis. Ensure the project remains on programme and aligned with key deadlines. Manage variations, liaise with clients, and ensure full approval/confirmation. Participate in relevant training and professional development. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience in façade construction is essential. Experience in façade remediation and main contracting is highly desirable. Strong technical understanding with the ability to read and interpret detailed drawings. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills. Demonstrated experience across all phases of construction projects. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Health & Safety assessments and inspections. Ability to effectively manage client expectations. Strong reporting and presentation skills for both internal stakeholders and clients.
