Job Title: Gas Compliance Officer Location: East Anglia / Hybrid Contract: Ongoing Contract Pay: Negotiable We are currently seeking an experienced Gas Compliance Officer / Compliance Administrator to support a busy repairs and compliance team within a housing environment. This role is ideally suited to a strong administrator with previous experience within repairs, maintenance or compliance who can manage workloads, liaise with contractors and maintain accurate compliance records. Knowledge of gas compliance is desirable but not essential. Job Title: Electrical Surveyor Location: East Anglia / Hybrid Contract: Ongoing Contract Pay: 200 to 350 per day DOE We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Surveyor with strong knowledge of EICR testing and electrical compliance within domestic housing stock. This role would also suit a Senior / Experienced Electrician looking to progress into an office-based surveying and compliance position. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing EICRs, identifying remedial works, monitoring contractor performance and supporting electrical compliance across a residential portfolio.
