Project will include fit out of Carpentry Items including Skirtings, Doors, Architraves, bathrooms and kitchens. Must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid. CSCS Gold Advantagous. NVQ in Carpentry advantagous Must have knowledge of basic site paperwork, computer literate - able to send emails, timesheets and basic information, complete dialy paperwork and site diaries, health and safety management, manage program, management of price work operatives, liasing with main client management. Traffic Marshalls Required Brighton Area Start 01/07/2026 Duration - 3-5 years work We are currently looking for a number of Traffic Marshalls for a new project due to start on 01/07/2026 for a long duration. For this project we are ideally looking for local labour - People based in following postcodes - BN1, BN2, BN3 and BN41 Main Purpose of the Role To control and guide the movement of vehicles and heavy plant equipment safely on site, reducing the risk of accidents involving pedestrians, operatives, and machinery. Key Responsibilities Direct vehicles and plant using approved hand signals and radio communication Manage site traffic flow and pedestrian segregation Ensure safe reversing and manoeuvring of HGVs, dumpers, forklifts, and cranes Maintain exclusion zones and safe access routes Conduct daily checks on traffic management systems and signage Communicate with drivers, crane operators, and site management Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading operations Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe practices Support emergency procedures if required Interact with members of the public to ensure safety and passing of site and be the face of the brand within interactions i.e friendly and helpful. Quality Assurance Checker x 2 Required Market Harlborough Full Time Role Site Hours 07.30 - 17.30 - Monday to Friday Training Offered for role. Job Purpose The Quality Assurance Checker is responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of precast concrete panels when they arrive on site for a new build scheme to ensure all products meet company standards, project specifications, and industry regulations and any defects are reported. The role involves conducting inspections, recording quality data, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement within the production facility. Key Responsibilities Carry out quality inspections on precast concrete panels when arriving onsite. Check dimensions, tolerances, finishes, reinforcement placement, cast-in items, and overall workmanship Identify defects, non-conformances, and damaged products Record inspection findings accurately using QA documentation and digital systems Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) where required Required Qualifications & Experience Essential Previous experience in precast concrete, concrete production, or construction QA - Advantagous not essential Good understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications Knowledge of quality inspection procedures Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment Strong attention to detail References Required If you are interested in this role please apply today for more information.
