The Role We are looking for a Class 2B+ Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects while developing their career within a supportive and progressive organisation. Key Responsibilities Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations in the North Surrey area. Assess plans and specifications for regulatory compliance. Provide clear, practical guidance to clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage your own caseload effectively and efficiently. Produce accurate and timely reports. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism. About You Registered as a Class 2B+ RBI (essential). Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation. Experience in building control inspections and plan checking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage workload independently. Full UK driving licence.
