Office Manager / Facilities Coordinator - 15-Month Contract Wentworth, Virginia Water, Surrey Office Based Start ASAP Are you an experienced Office Manager, Office Administrator or Facilities Coordinator who loves keeping a busy office organised and running smoothly? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join a professional office environment in Wentworth, Virginia Water on a 15-month contract.This is a varied, hands-on role combining office management, administration and facilities coordination. You'll be the person who keeps things moving, from managing office requirements and suppliers to handling facilities queries, purchase orders, bookings and health & safety administration. The underlying role also includes supporting reception/front of house when required, managing facilities inboxes and coordinating office communications. What you'll be doing Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office Coordinating office maintenance and dealing with contractors Managing general office and facilities administration Monitoring maintenance schedules and following up on works Raising and managing purchase orders and finance-related administration Coordinating office bookings and internal requests Supporting reception and front-of-house when required Assisting with health & safety, fire safety, first aid and training administration Helping coordinate building and office projects Who we're looking for You might currently be an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Senior Administrator, Facilities Administrator or Facilities Coordinator. You don't need to come from a heavily technical facilities background, but some previous exposure to facilities, office maintenance, contractors or health & safety would be ideal.You'll need to be organised, proactive, confident, juggling multiple priorities and comfortable communicating with different people across the business. Strong Microsoft Office skills and good attention to detail are also important. As part of an evolving Group Finance function, the organisation is seeking a commercially focused Group FP&A Manager/Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting executive decision-making, improving financial insight and enhancing strategic planning across a diverse portfolio of businesses. Your new role Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, you will take ownership of the Group's financial planning and analysis activities, delivering high-quality reporting, forecasting, modelling and performance insight to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading the budget, forecast and long-range planning processes across multiple divisions, producing Board and lender reporting, analysing performance against key targets and identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions.You will develop and maintain integrated financial models covering profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, whilst providing robust scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role will also involve detailed commercial analysis of customers, products, channels and operational performance, helping drive profitability and business improvement initiatives. In addition, you will provide analytical support for acquisition opportunities and strategic projects, including valuation analysis, business cases and post-acquisition performance monitoring. A key aspect of the position will be acting as the finance lead for the organisation's planning and reporting systems, driving enhancements to reporting capabilities, automation, dashboard development and data quality. Working closely with finance, operations, IT and senior leadership teams, you will help shape the future direction of the FP&A function and establish best-in-class reporting processes across the Group. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be a fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with a proven track record within FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance positions. You will have experience of: Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes. Working within a multi-entity, multi-site or complex group environment. Delivering meaningful commercial analysis and business partnering with senior stakeholders. Advanced financial modelling and scenario planning. Developing BI reporting, dashboards and data visualisation tools. Managing financial systems or reporting on improvement projects. Analysing profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital performance. Communicating financial information effectively to Board-level audiences. Experience within construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, distribution, logistics or similarly operational businesses would be advantageous, although applications from broader sectors are also welcomed. You will be a naturally curious and commercially minded individual who enjoys turning complex data into actionable business insight and influencing decision-making at a senior level.
