Job Title: CSA Construction Manager We are seeking a CSA Construction Manager to join our London team. Your Role The CSA Construction Manager will lead the delivery of the Civil, Structural and Architectural works on site, ensuring all activities are planned, coordinated and executed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, liaising with the client, design team and wider project stakeholders, and resolving technical and construction issues as they arise, along with working with MEP managers to ensure we have a fully coordinated approach to our onsite delivery. Your Team In this position you will be working within our CSA team and directly reporting to the Project Director. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages, ensuring coordination with all MEP activities. Coordinate and manage site logistics, liaising with the client team to provide weekly updates on the logistics plan. Manage and supervise CSA subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of works. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Coordinate and resolve technical and construction issues with the design team and project stakeholders. Review construction drawings and ensure site activities comply with design intent. Survey and record as-built information, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout the project. Assist in preparing method statements and risk assessments (RAMS) with the construction team for all production activities. Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate material deliveries to support the construction programme. Raise and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve design queries in a timely manner. Monitor progress against the construction programme and provide regular progress reports. Produce short-term look-ahead programmes to assist site production planning. Carry out regular quality inspections, snagging and ensure timely close-out of all defects. Maintain document control, recording and transmitting project information in accordance with project procedures. Coordinate all information between the Client, Design Team, Project Management Team, subcontractors and suppliers, with particular focus on builder's work requirements. Ensure timely approval of all materials and systems through the technical submission process. Work closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor to manage cost-related issues associated with the CSA packages. Implement structured communication, progress reporting and performance monitoring with each subcontractor, including meetings, minutes, RAMS, technical submittals and snag management. Attend and actively contribute to Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, Coordination Meetings and Handover Meetings. Support the successful close-out of all CSA project activities, including QA documentation, Safety Files, O&M information and Final Accounts where applicable. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, health and safety legislation, quality standards and project procedures. About You Your Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a Construction Manager, Senior Site Manager or similar CSA management role with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. Experience delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial or data centre projects. Experience in working in a live environment and managing across multiple facets serving different stakeholders Experience managing multiple CSA subcontract packages simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination with MEP trades. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proficient with project management and information management software. Experience in being client facing Your Qualifications Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the leadership team at our waste-to-energy facility in location . Reporting directly to the Plant Manager , you will take responsibility for the safe, compliant and efficient day-to-day operation of the facility. You will lead the Operations and Fuel Handling teams, drive plant performance and work closely with the Maintenance Manager to maximise availability, reliability and operational efficiency. QA/QC Manager - Electrically Biased / Data Centre Experience As a QA/QC Manager you will, as part of a dedicated site quality and inspection team, be expected to lead and co-ordinate the establishment and implementation of the Project quality plan, site inspection and test procedures of the subcontracted installation. The QA/QC Manager will be an exemplar ambassador for the company and its values; integrity, dependability, safety, pride, quality. Your day will include: Working closely with the Project Management team , your duties may include (but are not limited to): Lead and manage the site QA/QC team and co-ordinate quality activities across the project. Familiarisation with the scope of each system, specification and installation, focusing particularly on pipe work installation and weld quality. Familiarisation of the requirement of the Quality plan, the General Contractor quality plan and the client quality plan. Lead the implementation of the site inspection and test process as prioritised for each system. Attend and lead quality review meetings with the General Contractor and client as required. Provide regular feedback to the Project Management team on the Quality process on site and issue improvement recommendations, in line with the weekly project reporting structure. Generate and close out punch lists and generate quality statistics for tracking and monitoring purposes. Co-ordinate with the client and subcontractors on the scheduling and prioritising of system walk downs. Manage and support QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors, ensuring quality standards and project requirements are maintained across all installations. Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure any non-conformances are identified, recorded and closed out in accordance with project requirements. Ensure all quality documentation, inspection records and handover documentation are maintained and completed in accordance with the Project quality plan.
