Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Valuation (MRICS) Up to £70,000 + bonus Surrey / Central London (Hybrid) I'm working with a well-established Chartered Surveying practice who are looking to hire a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Valuation (MRICS) to work directly alongside the MD. This role would suit a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director in valuation who is ready to step up into a more influential position within a growing business. The role - Senior Surveyor / Associate Director (Valuation) Work directly with the MD as a key part of the business Carry out and oversee commercial and residential valuations Deliver loan security valuations in line with Red Book standards Work across development, BTL and HMO valuations Build and maintain relationships with lenders and introducers Support and mentor junior surveyors This is a hands-on valuation role . You will still be carrying out valuation work day-to-day. What I'm looking for MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer essential) Strong experience as a valuation surveyor Background in commercial valuation / loan security valuation Experience with development, BTL or HMO valuations Currently a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director in valuation Strong understanding of lender requirements Why consider this Senior Surveyor / Associate Director role?
