Join our dedicated team to lead on access and recreation projects that will help people enjoy Exmoor s special qualities. Hours: 37 per week Grade: (G) £37,280 to £41,771 Closing date: 24 March 2026 (midnight) Interviews are planned for Thursday 9 April 2026. This role will lead on the delivery of new access and recreation infrastructure and manage public access projects which are key to enabling a wider range of people to enjoy Exmoor s special landscape; whilst ensuring our Public Access Network and visitor facilities support multiple public benefits and achieve wider objectives for sustainable travel, health and wellbeing, and carbon reduction. The role requires excellent project management skills and an understanding of construction techniques, design and safe working practices along with a degree or post-graduate certificate in a relevant subject. Ideal candidates will have excellent negotiation, communication and team working skills and the ability to manage a complex workload, alongside a strong interest and understanding of recreational access in the countryside.
