Our client, a leading Groundworks & RC Frame Sub-Contractor specialising in works throughout the South-East across Residential & Commercial Sectors are currently recruiting for a Groundworks Foreman to start immediately on a New Build Residential Development in Cambridge. Working on site as a Groundworks Foreman. you will be responsible for management of all trades on site, ensuring that works are carried out and delivered in a safe manner and in line with H&S protocols, as well ensuring that the site is maintaining progress in line with the programme. Managing the workload of operatives on site and delegating responsibilities as required, you must therefore hold, as a minimum CSCS Card, First Aid at Work and SSSTS/SMSTS.
