We are seeking an experienced CNC Laser and CNC Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled operator who is also capable of assisting with welding and fabrication when the laser and press brake workload allows. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting machines Program, set, and operate CNC press brakes Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Ensure parts are produced accurately and to quality standards Carry out basic machine maintenance and fault reporting Assist with welding and general fabrication during quieter periods Work collaboratively with the fabrication and production teams Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines Strong experience with CNC press brakes (setting and programming) Ability to read and understand technical drawings Welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred) and general fabrication skills Good attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Commitment to health & safety in the workplace Desirable (but not essential): Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium Welding certifications Forklift or overhead crane licence Nesting using Radan software What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Steady work in a well-equipped workshop Opportunity to use a wide range of skills Supportive team environment If you are a skilled CNC laser and press brake operator who enjoys varied work and is happy to assist with welding and fabrication when required, we would like to hear from you.
