What you'll be doing: • Leading and developing architectural designs from concept through to completion, with a focus on Data Centres and large-scale industrial or mission-critical facilities.• Producing, reviewing and coordinating drawings and BIM models (Revit), ensuring compliance with UK standards, codes and client specifications.• Writing architectural specifications (including NBS) and supporting masterplanning at concept design stage.• Collaborating closely with structural and MEP teams, reviewing technical submittals, attending site inspections, and supporting contract administration and client presentations.
