Pay: 16.76 per hour Job Description: Job Title - Gas Engineer Pay - 16.76 per hour Schedule - Monday to Friday Job Type - Full-time Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gas Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing heating systems while ensuring full compliance with current gas safety regulations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a professional approach when dealing with customers. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing and safety checks on all heating systems, identifying defects and any necessary remedial works to ensure systems are safe, compliant, and in good working order in line with current gas safety regulations. Attend boiler and heating system breakdowns, diagnose faults, and identify all required works to restore systems to full functionality. Collect and collate technical information and documentation, highlighting recurring defects, trends, or areas of concern with specific systems. Install and/or replace boilers and carry out heating system upgrades as required. Accurately complete and submit all relevant documentation promptly and provide clear feedback and advice to customers where appropriate. Carry out any other duties commensurate with the nature and remuneration level of the post, as directed by Senior Management. Requirements Valid Gas Safe registration Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and installing heating systems Strong understanding of current gas safety regulations Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Good communication and customer service skills If you are interested in this position please apply today.
