We are pleased to be recruiting for one of our leading and well known clients within the construction industry. They are a leading construction and civil engineering firm with over 50 + years' experience. They are a well established civil and construction company and, they have a fantastic reputation with their clients across the UK and with their employees. And, due to continued contract wins they are looking to expand their team. As a Demolitions Estimator you will be responsible for: Prepare detailed cost estimates for strip-out and demolition projects Review drawings, specifications, surveys, and tender documents Conduct site visits to assess scope, access, logistics, and risks Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc Identify risks and value-engineering opportunities Ensure compliance with health & safety. Submit tenders within deadlines and assist with post-tender negotiations You will also have: Experience in a similar role Experience in an estimator / contract manager role on demolition projects Enhanced knowledge of health and safety Strong numeracy skills Full UK Driving Licence Our client has seen signficant growth in 2025 and have further plans to grow in 2026 if you are looking for progression opportunities for the future our client always promotes within.
