Project Manager - Super Prime Residential Refurbishment Initial project location: South West London Project: £6m-£10m+ Super Prime Residential Refurbishment Contract: Permanent Sector: Super Prime Luxury Residential We are working with an established contractor specialising in super prime luxury residential refurbishment and high-end interiors, who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a initial prestigious project in Barnes, South West London . The project, is a substantial luxury residential refurbishment currently valued at approximately £6m-£10m, with the value continuing to increase as additional works are instructed. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership of a project and working closely with the site and commercial teams to deliver a high-quality project from start to finish. The Role Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, working closely with the existing site and commercial teams. A Site Manager is already established on the project, alongside a Managing Surveyor currently overseeing the commercial function, giving you the opportunity to focus on the overall management, coordination and delivery of the project. You will be a proactive, hands-on Project Manager who is comfortable working independently, making decisions and driving the project forward. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project. Lead and coordinate the project team, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders. Manage the project programme, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved. Coordinate closely with the Site Manager to ensure works are delivered to the required quality, programme and specification. Work closely with the commercial team to monitor project progress, variations and additional works. Manage subcontractors and ensure packages are delivered in line with agreed requirements. Maintain strong communication with the client, consultants and project stakeholders. Monitor quality, health & safety and construction standards throughout the project. Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring minimal impact on programme and cost. Lead project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, risks and upcoming activities. Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained to a high standard. Utilise Procore effectively for project management, documentation, communication and reporting. Take ownership of the project and drive it through to successful completion. About You We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects, ideally within the super prime or luxury residential sector. You will be someone who is: An experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of leading projects. Experienced within high-end / super prime residential refurbishment. Confident managing projects in the £5m+ value range. Experienced in leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors. Procore proficient, with practical experience using the platform on live projects. A hands-on "doer" who takes ownership rather than waiting to be directed. Able to work independently and make decisions confidently. Commercially aware and comfortable working alongside a Managing Surveyor / Senior Commercial team. Strong technically, with excellent attention to detail and quality. Confident dealing with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders. Organised, proactive and solutions-focused. You will be joining an established project team, including a dedicated Site Manager and Managing Surveyor, and will report directly into the Contracts Manager.
