Pathways to management are available. Key Responsibilities: Assist in building and maintaining a network of candidates within the construction sector. Develop New and existing clients to broaden your network. Support the recruitment process by screening CVs and conducting preliminary interviews. Learn to identify and understand client needs to provide effective recruitment solutions. Collaborate with other consultants to gain insights into candidate assessments and placements. Utilise job boards, social media, and industry contacts to source candidates effectively. Stay informed about market trends and changes within the construction industry to better understand client demands. Job Requirements: Previous experience in Perm Recruitment - Construction or Engineering. A strong billing history. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office; experience with recruitment software is a plus. Commutable distance to Maidstone. ?
