This role will be primarily office-based in Cardiff, with responsibility for overseeing projects in both Cardiff and Bristol, reporting directly into the Regional Director. The Role As Commercial Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading and managing all commercial activities across the region. You will play a key role in driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting the strategic direction of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced, high-quality scheme, overseeing the internal works through to completion. The Role As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take overall commercial responsibility for two major projects in South Wales, with values of approximately £100m and £30m. You will lead and support a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors on each site, ensuring strong commercial performance, effective cost control, and contractual compliance across both schemes.
