Are you a Civil Project Manager, currently looking for a new opportunity and within daily commutable distance of Southwark, London. We are currently working in collaboration with a well established contractor, they are working as a key delivery partner on a large scale development based near Southwark. The project runs until 2028 and there will be a continuation of work beyond this. They currently have a requirement for a Civil Project Manager with a strong background in construction on major projects, this position can offer an immediate start. Civil Project Manager Role Requirements: A strong background and proven track record working on large scale civil projects. A demonstrable record overseeing piling, excavations, attenuation tanks, drainage systems, working around live services, temporary works and groundworks. Previous experience working in conjunction with utilities providers. Experience working in collaboration and coordinating with other service providers As a Civil Project Manager, you will have experience coordinating sub contractors, reviewing safe systems of work, RAMS and coordination of trades.
